Dan has a total of 19 years of recruiting expertise. Formerly VP of Sales and Director of HR for a 1300 employee organization, he heads at team of recruiters, recruiting partners and researchers with the efforts of Bergan Associates Inc since 1992. His own startup experience prior to BAI includes hiring a team of 150 Sales and Support employees and then managing that team to produce over $180 million in revenue.
